PRAHA — Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reported on June 5, the Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Praha. The unit had received complaints in reference to narcotics trafficking from this particular residence. The unit carried out an extensive investigation and found probable cause to believe methamphetamine was being dealt from the location.
As a result of the search warrant, the Narcotics Unit found Jason Hartmann, 42, of Flatonia, to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Hartmann was placed into custody and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance of more than four grams and less than 200 grams. The Fayette County Sheriff's Office was as sisted by the Flatonia Police Department and the DPS.
