COLUMBUS — Lady Cardinals volleyball has been very successful in the regular season, as well as the postseason with making it to a recent state tournament and winning handedly in order to make it there. Head coach Kayley Johns preaches team unity and it works for a team that’s had a lot of talent, but also players that work hard and truly want to win. Columbus is loaded throughout the entire court with solid role players and good athletes who know how to put the ball down.
Johns will have her team in order for a season that’s likely to contend for a state tournament and if they get there, they could be the favorite to win it all based on experience and talent. The Lady Cardinals are projected to have another season with tons of winning.
