Rice football improving year after year

ALTAIR — The Rice High School football team is in good hands under head coach Brad Dumont as the team has only gotten better since he’s taken over at the helm. He’s also sent Roger Gradney to University of Nebraska football, a talented receiver who can also play cornerback on defense. Rice always seems to possess good athletes and since the program has continued to improve under Dumont, things are looking up for the Raiders.

This team is well-coached and just needs to continue with their system as this is only Dumont’s third season as the Raider head coach. Athleticism is a strong suit for the blue and silver, so they’ll be set on both sides of the ball, especially at receiver and corner back. They also have good talent at the running back and lineman positions. With the trend they’re on, they’ll only continue to win more games.
