COLUMBUS - The Co lumbus Community Hospital’s Annual Fundraising Dinner and Auction will raise funds for advanced surgery and maternity care equipment. The hospital is deploying innovative, state-ofthe- art equipment to continue advancing high-quality care for the Columbus region.
The dinner will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 6 p.m. at the Stafford Opera House located at 425 Spring St. in Columbus.
Your sponsorships and donations will directly impact patient care.
The high-tech, advanced equipment you support will not only assist hospital care teams during surgeries and maternity care visits but also enhance the care experience in other hospital areas.
Your contribution will be used to purchase: • C-Arm machine: Flexible and mobile X-ray device used during surgeries to provide surgery teams with real-time high-resolution images.
• Bedside ultrasound machine: This portable ultrasound
machine is used by OBGYN, emergency room, and surgery teams throughout the facility to minimize patient stress and movement.
• 3D ultrasound machine: Creates a high-resolution 3D scan so parents can “meet” their baby before they are born.
The hospital's fundrais ing goal for this year’s event is
$250,000. In addition to raising funds through an auction at the Aug. 10 fundraising dinner, the
hospital is seeking event sponsorships.
