MELBOURNE - Weimar Lions Club member Julius Bartek recently returned from the Lions Club's In ternational Convention held in Melbourne, Australia on June 20-25.
During his time in Melbourne, Bartek not only had the honor of rep resenting MD-2 Texas in the Lions
Parade of Nations but also took on a sig - nificant role for the Weimar Lions Club. He was formally installed on June 25, as the new District Governor of MD-2 Texas District 2-S5, a position that will guide the Weimar Lions in the coming year. His years of service to his com -
munity and to the Lions will be valued.
