FAYETTEVILLE — The Fayetteville High School baseball team has had tons of success under head coach Clint Jaeger, but it’s his solid young core that has been able to come together in the most important times of the season and make a run at the state tournament. After another state tournament appearance this past year, they’ll be returning their entire roster except for two seniors. Key players such as Chance Konvicka, Easton Jaeger, Lawson Fritsch, and Brody Dooley will be returning as seniors.
These players had a huge impact and played tons of baseball throughout the entire season and they were much needed in the state tournament. To have this group as seniors in 2025, it’s looking very likely that they’ll be heading right back to Dell Diamond for another shot at the state crown.
This team knows how to strike when the iron is hot and the expectation is that they’ll put on the same showing next spring.
