Crime Stoppers holds statewide certification program

The Colorado County Crimestoppers hosted its first-ever statewide Texas Crime Stoppers Basic Training course at St. Paul Lutheran's The Lighthouse in Columbus. Texas Crime Stoppers from the governor's office held the training sessions. The course taught the fundamentals of Crime Stoppers and its legal obligations. Accepting a proclamation from Governor Greg Abbott were board members and law enforcement representatives.
