FLATONIA — The Flatonia High School volleyball team is headed in the right direction and has tons of young talent that has great experience playing quality minutes as underclassmen. Now that they have the experience and will likely be finding a lot of playing time as juniors and seniors, the Lady Bulldogs are poised for a winning season, if not, a big playoff run.
Flatonia has the potential of a division one athlete in setter Summer Sodek and they also have upperclassmen such as Elzah Herrera, Kalen Scott, and sophomore Katelin Sullivan who has already proven herself as one of the best players on the team with her ability to perform at a bunch of positions on the court. With tons of depth and experience, Flatonia volleyball should be one of the best teams in Fayette County and the tri-county area in general.
