Columbus volleyball native and current University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) striker Ally Tribe isn’t just a great athlete, she’s a great person as well.
Tribe can put the ball down on the court with intense energy, but she brights up the locker room as well while doing it. Tribe is going into her freshman year as a Roadrunner and brought Columbus to enormous heights in her career as a Lady Cardinal, leading them to three-straight state tournament appearances.
While she helped lead the Lady Cardinals to three-straight state tournament appearances, she would credit her teammates and coaches before herself.
Going into her freshman year at UTSA, she’s already played against some of the best talent across the world and is ready to make noise at the division one collegiate level.
With the natural athleticism and will to win, Tribe is likely to reach great success and could be one of the best athletes Columbus has ever seen given the drive she has to propel her team to victory.
