SCHULENBURG — Members of the Austin County Regional Special Response Team executed arrest and search warrants on Aug. 9 at a residence located in the 200 block of Paulus Street in Schulenburg.
The operation was the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation by the Westside (HIDTA) Narcotics Task Force. Task Force officers had been investigating reports of narcotics being distributed from the residence. Defendant Alex Delgado, 36, was arrested without incident.
Cocaine, marijuana, United States Currency and firearms were seized during the operation. Delgado was charged with the Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance PG 1 on a warrant.
The defendant was booked into the Dan R. Beck Justice Center in La Grange without incident.
