BRENHAM - In August, the Texas Extension Education Association (TEEA) hosted the 2024 Austin County Awards
Banquet and Officer Installation Ceremony. Held at the Welcome Lutheran Church in Brenham, the event was organized by the Bleiblerville EEA Club.
This year’s banquet featured a “sweet” theme, celebrating members for their years of dedicated service to the organization.
The honorees recognized for their service include: Annette
Balke, 50 years of service; Joan Buenger, Jessie Kokemor, Ver - nice Kokemor, Knellen Quin teros, and Lois Schubert, 40 years of service; Karen Landrum and Malinda Schramm, 35 years of service; JoAnn Reichle, 30 years of service; Doris Gle newinkel, 20 years of service; Geraldine Siptak and Audrau Winkelmann, 10 years of ser - vice; Sandy Pillion, five years of service; and Linda Behrend, one year of service.
