Brahmas football has gotten back to the football we know they are ca - pable of playing, which is not only winning, but winning handedly. After a tough loss to a good Celi - na team in the first week of the sea - son, Bellville has won their last two games by blowout while not allowing a single point in each of them.
They most recently defeated Al - meta Crawford High School by a final score of 62-0. Senior running back DD Murray had a huge game once again with 229 yards rushing and three touchdowns on 15 carries.
Bellville is looking like a state championship team again and has obviously made some adjustments after week one. They run the ball well with great athleticism in the backfield and they have a superb coaching staff with head coach Grady Rowe leading the charge.
The week one loss doesn’t mean much now that they've shutout their last two opponents and beat them by a wide margin.
With statement wins in the last two weeks, this team is right back on track for their second-straight quest to Jerry World.
