Centerpoint introduces resiliency initiative

gy has a small slice of the energy pie in Austin and Colorado coun - ties. However, a power outage is a big deal at the service end. Centerpoint recently held several town hall-type meetings in Aus - tin and Colorado counties and introduced the Greater Houston Resiliency Initiative.

Centerpoint is improving communications by utilizing home outreach, direct outreach and outage information. The Outage Tracker is new and will provide real-time outage information to customers at Cen - terpointEnergy.com/OutageCen - ter. The tracker's cloud-based technology and mobile-friendly app update information every five minutes.
