The Fresh Farmers Market runs from 9 a.m. to noon under the pavilion at Chesley Park. Bring a cooler to shop produce, meats, farm eggs, local honey, canned goods and fresh-baked sweets galore.
Enjoy hot/iced coffees and other samplings. Get spring tips from an area plant/herb nursery and watch youth custom fishing lure demos.
A short stroll away at Bellville Market Day on the Square until 4 p.m. several food trucks will have BBQ, wood-fired pizza, roasted corn, turkey legs and street tacos.
For the sweet tooth, there’s Kettle Corn, fresh-baked desserts galore and Snowstorm Shaved Ice creations.
Adults can enjoy refreshing Micheladas, wine tasting, and new to Bellville, Boozy Ice Cream.
There’s music all day, face-painting, cornhole and photo ops.
