St. Anthony Catholic School holds annual Halloween carnival

COLUMBUS — St. Anthony’s Catholic School in Columbus hosted its annual Halloween Carnival on Oct. 26, proving once again that ghouls can throw a party!

It wasn’t all boos and ghost stories; the crowds eagerly bid at the cakewalk and the live auction. The cakewalk was a sweet battleground for dessert lovers, with cakes that looked so good you’d think they were made by a haunted baker!

Meanwhile, the live auction was as fast-paced as Scooby being chased by a monster.

The quilt went for a whopping $800—turns out it was woven with the tears of jealous grandmas—and that wasn’t even the top item! Who knew charity could be this spine-tinglingly fun?
