Burkhalter receives Community Pride Award

David Burkhalter, right, recently received the Community Pride Award. Burkhalter owns Moonside Macaron, located at 102 West Main in Eagle Lake. The award highlights the importance of acknowledging and celebrating members and business owners who go above and beyond to enhance the quality of life in the Eagle Lake community. Eagle Lake Mayor Tim Kelley presented Burkhalter with the award at a recent city council meeting.
