Gonzales secures trip to State Capitol

Noah Gonzales, a student at Rice Consolidated Independent School District, recently secured his place at the state level in UIL Congressional Debate by placing second out of 29 debaters at the UIL Region Congressional Debate meet. He will participate in a mock session of Congress.
