REACHing Well Health Expo brings free screenings to Austin County

The REACHing Well Health Expo at the Bellville Methodist Church met its goal this month of providing residents with free health screenings and wellness resources. The event featured a variety of services, from blood pressure checks to BMI readings, aiming to make preventive care accessible to all. The overarching goal of the REACHing Well Grant initiative is to educate attendees on managing chronic conditions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise, education, and nutrition. In addition, the expo hoped to inspire attendees to prioritize their health and seek out resources available year-round in Austin County.
