BELLVILLE - The Small Town Christmas event features a live nativity drive-thru on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7 and 8, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the St. John Lutheran Retreat Center, 4740 Highway 36 North outside of Bellville.
Before the nativity event, there will be the Austin County Courthouse Tree Lighting and the Lighted Christmas Parade at 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 and Christmas festivities at the park with Santa making a guest appearance for pictures with the kids.
Tucked neatly between the two exciting days is the famous Market Day and Farmers Market on Saturday, Dec. 7, in downtown Bellville.
