SHERIDAN — Christmas at Splashway in Sheridan doesn’t leave out the reason for the season. The live nativity scene and the story of Jesus’ birth are told to large crowds during the Christmas holidays event.

There were many fun floats to judge during the annual Eagle Lake Christmas Parade, but Rice Medical Center and Associates took the grand prize on Dec. 14.
