EAGLE LAKE – The Eagle Lake Chamber of Commerce celebrated its 75th anniversary during its annual member banquet on Jan. 25 in Eagle Lake.

Chamber members gathered to socialize before a delicious meal catered by Austin’s Barbecue of Eagle Lake.

The 2025 Chamber Board was recognized during the evening.

The Eagle Lake Chamber continues to grow in membership as it seeks to help drive tourists and businesses to the city. The tables were filled up with those members in the hall behind the chamber, which was still undergoing renovations.

A silent auction table held items as a fundraiser.

The speaker for the evening was James E. Brasher, who spoke on his new book, 11 Days on the Colorado.
