The Columbus High School boy's basketball team is off to a great start with a record way above .500 and after win - ning their first three games in a row. They’ve now won their last six games in a row.
Their first three games were blowout wins, but they’re recent games have been closer, which means that this team is gritty and well-coached.
The Cardinals are led by head coach Troy Bohac, who recently helped lead the Co- lumbus football team to a state title as an assistant coach.
Bohac has had a lot of suc cess with Columbus in basketball and has this team playing winning basketball more often than not.
With the way the team is playing this year, they can most definitely make a deep run come late February-early March.
