Fayette County Sheriff Deputy Wesly Arrison was dispatched to an apartment complex on Feb. 8 near Highway 77 and Farm-to-Market Road 2145 intersection about a disturbance.
Karen Huang, 38, of Houston, was identified as the female sub ject involved in the disturbance.
Huang had urinated in public view at a parking lot of a hotel and was filmed by a passerby in the criminal act.
Huang saw the passerby film ing her and she followed the passerby into the apartment complex and blocked his exit. Her vehicle registration was expired and a fraudulent temporary tag was also displayed. The vehicle was uninsured and had a salvaged title. The vehicle’s contents were inventoried, and the vehicle was impounded.
During the vehicle’s inventory, Deputy Wesly Arrison found drug paraphernalia, marijuana and an eyedropper containing PCP. Huang was arrested for the narcotics on possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operation of a salvaged motor vehicle on a public roadway.
