ORCHARD — Brazos Elementary in Orchard is joining the ranks of schools participating in the eight-week Walk Across Texas program, an initiative led by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Austin County.
The program is designed to promote physical activity and overall wellness. It encourages all participants to track their miles as they work out, walk, dance, play, and have fun across the state. By fostering healthy habits and teamwork, Walk Across Texas aims to instill lifelong movement routines for all.
Brazos Elementary is excited to participate in this initiative, joining other schools to promote active lifestyles and community well-being.
