COLUMBUS — Colorado County Appraisal District In- terim Chief Appraiser Jane Ar montrout held an informational
meeting on Feb. 21 at the Weimar Library in Weimar. The meeting was well attended and hosted by The Friends of the Library.
Information covered the as- pects of taxing and other relevant material. There were many questions and answers and Armontrout was transparent about the hows and whys surrounding the taxing district.
One of the main topics was how the ESD may hike taxes.
