LA GRANGE — The La Grange High School baseball team took down Austin Homeschool March 18 at Leopards Field in La Grange by a final score of 9-0. La Grange struck first and scored their first two runs in the first and third innings, then really put on the points with a big rally in the bottom of the sixth inning while playing solid

defense to win handedly. "Just being confident

all the way around,” said

La Grange head baseball coach James Zaruba.

“The guys know our ap proaches and our swings.

We had some guys step up like always. Defensively, we threw strikes and kept guys off the bases. Great job on the defensive side." La Grange first base- man Bradyn Prasek had two big hits for RBI's to help La Grange offensively throughout the game.

“Just put something hard somewhere,” Prasek said on his productive night at the plate. "We all have a job and we have to do it." La Grange's first two runs came on a few walks,

a base hit, and a wild throw on a pick off attempt in the bottom of the third inning to take a 2-0 lead.

The Leopards proceeded to have a huge inning in the bottom of the sixth with a bunch of walks and a few base hits, one of them resulting in two RBI's and then Prasek's two-RBI shot followed in the same inning.

La Grange closed out the game in the top of the sev- enth inning on two strike - outs and a ground out to win it 9-0.
