COLUMBUS - The Columbus Police reported that on Feb. 24 at 12:18 p.m., a Columbus man was struck and killed by a vehicle while riding his bicycle in the 800 Block of Fannin in Columbus.
The deceased was identified as Joe Hernandez. Detective Moulder with the Columbus Police Department is investigating the accident. Not many details of the accident has been released by the Columbus Police Department while the case is open.
The accident is still under investigation pending an autopsy. No citations have been issued to date.
