Bellville PD makes drug and gun bust

Bellville police officer Joshua Solis conducted a traffic stop on a reck - less driver in the 1300 block of Highway 159 West in Bellville. Upon routine investigation subsequent to the stop, Brett Edward Ellison, 49, from Sealy, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, unlawfully carrying a firearm and tampering with a firearm identifi - cation number.
