COLUMBUS — The Columbus Garden Club had a 'Trash-Off Kick Off' March 2, and began the clean-up of an area of the city park at Midtown Park in Columbus.
The ladies worked to clear old and broken pots and clear materials that are no longer in use from the fenced-in area of the park.
The project will be completed in cooperation with the city of Columbus, as part of the Keep Texas Beautiful and Keep America Beautiful programs.
The Trash-off Day will take place on Saturday, April in Columbus.
