Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $25,000 to the Round Top-Carmine (RT-C) Education Foundation. Monies donated will be used to purchase a Torchmate Plasma Cutter for the Ag/FFA program. The Educational Foundation provides funding for enrichment programs such as fine arts, technology and band, as well as funding for innovative teaching grants.
