Habitat breaks ground on 23rd home in county
COLUMBUS — Colorado County Habitat for Humanity broke ground on its 23rd home to be built in Colorado County last Sunday at 1126 Bonham St. in Columbus.
The future homeowner is Courtney Washington.
Pastor Joseph Hargrove conducted the groundblessing ceremony.
Washington’s children, Hargrove’s grandson, Jaylun Hargrove, Habitat board members and supporters, attended the event.
