Clarice Flatt, 71, of Shannon, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Graveside service was held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 10, 2024 in the Shannon, Texas Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta.

Visitation was Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home.

Clarice was born November 5, 1952, in Columbus, Texas, to Julius and Mary (Menke) Peikert. She married G.H. “Cotton” Flatt on December 20, 1984, in Wichita Falls, Texas, and was a Rancher.

Clarice is preceded in death by her parents and one son, K.C. Jones. Survivors include her husband, G.H. “Cotton Flatt of Shannon, TX; daughter, Kendall Keller and husband DeWayne of Seguin, TX; one son, Colby Flatt and wife Tiffany of Cherryvale, KS; grandchildren, KayCee, Mack and Goldie Keller, Dalton and Evan Flatt; four brothers, Donald, Jerry, Tim and Earnest Peikert; one sister, Doris Guthmann.
