EAGLE LAKE – Just hours after an alert went out on Marco Jacquez, 20, a Cleveland man, for the murder of the shooting death of Jesse Ray Rogers, at the Cleveland Municipal Airport on April 13, he was captured by the Eagle Lake Police.
