BELLVILLE – Bellville Police Chief Jason Smalley issued a statement of shots fired in Bell ville and a subject arrested. Carlo DeWayne Shelly, 26, of Dallas was arrested last night at the Park Place Apartments, located at 20 South Mechanic St. in Bellville. Shelly was issued a criminal trespass warning earlier in the day and was removed from the property by request.
