SCHULENBURG – The Schulenburg High School volleyball team put on a strong showing Sept. 26 at Shorthorns Gym by taking down Louise High School with a final score of 25-5, 25-4, 25-14. Louise was overmatched by the Lady Horns depth and skill as Schulenburg powered through this one from the very beginning.

The Flatonia High School football team fought out an - other win September 29 as they beat Thorndale High School by a final score of 35-28. Top performers in this game were Beck Zimmerman, Keegan Green, and Kobe Bur ton. Each of these players scored a touchdown while Green and Burton added two and both rushed for over 100 yards.
