CES teacher receives CEF grant

COLUMBUS – Audrey Dyer, eighth grade science teacher at Columbus Jr. High, will celebrate the new year with some “winnings” from the Columbus Education Foundation (CEF). Her application for a CEF Classroom Grant awards her $750 to purchase items on her “classroom dream list.” Her listed items provide new equipment to help students better engage in the learning experience. She is always looking for creative ways to enhance learning for her 120 science students, ages 13-14 years.
