CAT SPRING – “Rx Antibiotics & Vaccines for Livestock” will be the program for the 73rd annual meeting of the Austin County Livestock Association. Dr. Peter Wunderlich will be the speaker. The meeting will be held at the Cat Spring Agricultural Society Hall on Thursday, June 1, 2023.

BELLVILLE – Bellville Police Chief Jason Smalley issued a statement of shots fired in Bell ville and a subject arrested. Carlo DeWayne Shelly, 26, of Dallas was arrested last night at the Park Place Apartments, located at 20 South Mechanic St. in Bellville. Shelly was issued a criminal trespass warning earlier in the day and was removed from the property by request.
