RESS COLUMBUS – Colorado County Commissioners Court met again for the second regular meeting of the year on Monday, Jan. 23. The court moved smoothly through the agenda items with only a few lingering discussions. Mark Hutton from Fidlar Technologies gave a pre sentation and answered ques- tions regarding a Property Fraud Alert Services Agreement for the County Clerk's Office. This vital records notification system will help land and property owners' awareness of any record filed in their name with the county clerk. It will create more security for the property owners in Colorado County, making them aware of anything filed in their name.
