SEALY – The Sealy Spring Fest opened to a light drizzle and cloudy skies on April 8 at the Sealy Historical Park in Sealy. That did not keep vendors or festival-goers from taking in the sights and sounds of the annual event.

The event will include a play by the Texas Theater Company, Will Carter Band, Brown Sugar Band, train rides, Easter egg roll, games, crafts, demo, antique quilts, antique cars, great food, bake sale and plant sale. RESS COLUMBUS – Area Vietnam Veteran’s Chapters gathered on March 29 in Columbus in honor of their service during the Vietnam War. Over 2.7 million Americans served in Vietnam. The average age of those not making it back to “the world” was 23.
